The half marathon route (approximately 22km) runs through the forests of the Rybnik Forest District, specifically through the beautiful forest trails of the "Głębokie Doły" forest reserve.
The reserve is a remnant of an ancient primeval forest that once covered these areas. The unique microclimate, richness of flora and fauna, as well as the natural rarity of native, protected plant species make this place attractive both from a natural and tourist perspective.
